Community Involvement

We believe in the power of giving back and being an active participant in the communities where we live and work. We are committed and honored to support many charitable organizations throughout the years through tutoring, community service and financial donations.

Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. is the first international fraternal organization founded on the campus of a historically black college – Howard University. The Omega Psi Phi fraternity continues to be on the front line, leveraging its power, influence, and more than 100 years of commitment to the uplift of our people and our communities.

Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated is a private, not-for-profit organization whose purpose is to provide assistance and support through established programs in local communities throughout the world. The sorority is an organization of college-educated women committed to the constructive development of its members and to public service with a primary focus on the black community.

Cherish Our Children, Inc.’s journey stretches nearly 30 years, from its beginnings rescuing HIV-positive children from Romanian orphanages to its work today helping students break the cycle of intergenerational incarceration. Throughout its history, the organization has sought out sustainable solutions for the problems that trauma can inflect on children.

E.F.U. (Elite Frog Unit) is a select, single-age 6U-13U tackle football organization playing on the national level. Its main focus on all age levels is player development, teaching player safety, and building great character and chemistry, all while coaching and mentoring young student-athletes.

In Harris County, a dual-status youth from the ages of 10 to 17 years finds him- or herself in both the child protective services and the juvenile justice system. Collective Action for Youth advocates for these youth and their families and connects them to the necessary resources so that they can reach their full potential.
